The story for the Plushies' lore is that Snatchy comes down to "befriend" the Cats, take them to his rocket ship and once inside he steals their outfits and throws the Cats out thru a Prize Hatch similar to the Arcade Game's prize hatch. It's been in the concept art for a long while now bro.
