Overall: She is way more versatile than what fags give her credit for. Would I say to get her if you are low on pulls? Probably not, as she is specialist (skill based support). Still, she certainly works with way more than just being Phainon slave, as she was doomposted to be. Ironically, Phainon isn't even her BiS. It's Anaxa.

They always have a tendency to bench their mc for too long to shill some other character, then they "remember" their mc in the end. Then by the time they remember, it's too late for anything, so they just force very shallow pandering in which everyone is on your dick so self-insert crowd can be happy after holding camera for 5 patches at this point.
