it should be easy to securitize the assets but when it's time to say goodbye, one party need to be ready to fully buy counter-party's assets as selling it to third-party will be difficult. Or maybe selling it on market is allowed so there will be new financial company which business model is buying securitized half-house at discount from the ex-wives, then annoy the shit out of the ex-husbands to buy the security at premium. They will send people to occupy half of the toilet until the security is bought.
