It depends on if I'm working out or not.
If I am, I eat two protein waffles (usually paleo protein waffles but I had to cheap out for financial reasons so I just got some kodiak) with a 4 oz slize of Finnish bread cheese (a dense cheese made from pure colostrum that is extremely rich in protein, calcium, and cholesterol) with golden syrup drizzled on top and a pea protein shake.
If not, I just have some whole milk Icelandic yogurt with honey, chia seeds, and granola in it, or if I'm really in a hurry I just eat a magic waffle (a waffle with custard or chocolate pudding stuffed inside, yes haha Amerilard very funni).
