for the 2000s maybe any of the strokes, radiohead, the white stripes or my chemical romance. depending on how you view it.
2010's and 20's is harder. 2010s is probably imagine dragons or some shit. maybe mac demarco to represent the underground/indie direction that took over rock as a whole; that brooklyn captured tracks indie scene was the last time it felt like a rock scene was ever even sort of relevant, that or the socal burger records type scene.
i can't even think of a single one for the 2020's so far. it might genuinely be sleep token. fucks sake.
