Depends, I'm just now hitting 30 and I still feel fine, consistently above 2.0 in everything I do.
I do feel slower, I know i can't do the kind of shit I did in my prime, but I'm sure I can still hit top ranks in the stuff im commited to.
The real difference is that gaming isn't really that fun or engaging anymore, I don't play any new releases, have no hype for anything and im starting to branch out into other hobbies.
