And beyond that each Chanmi/LoH has its own meta based on the specific conditions.

Start on an Uma you want to give 3* Speed because it's easiest and despite what anons say here you'll want one for later, it's easiest to get too. While you're making that one you'll should build good habits for training, like maximizing energy and not taking too many risks, doing extra races when you can. By doing this you will make generally good umas to fill out your PvP team, do your PvP team trials after you're finished with the day, to push your rank up or when the dailies pop for rewards, then go back to career and continue. Take breaks it's a marathon.

I like MANT, whether you do depends on what parts of the game you like. If you just want to see the spark results ASAP and hate playing the game you won't like MANT. If you like watching the races, buying skills, and complex build planning, MANT is great. The events are typically kind of whatever and really depend on how much you like the cast line up for it. Some are good, some are bad but nothing really outright terrible. The main story improves drastically starting with Brian or Chikezo. Main story 2 has been frankly incredible so far, but we’ll find out next week if they stick the landing.
Character campaigns start getting overall better once they start experimenting and taking risks starting around Cafe? Not 100% certain don’t have great memory of first year release order. But still get some stinkers here and there depending on personal tastes.
