I have no faith I'll get SSR Riko with the remaining rolls so I'll probably be forced to spark, and Kita already has most of her power at LB3 anyway

like 1 (2 if lets say you are extremely unlucky) more banners like this where you roll all out you'll have MLB of the good SRs, its almost a guarantee. and when you have that you are literally S tier level. you dont need anything more, you'll be on the level of MLB SSRs.
is MLB kitasan literally the best card in the game? yes. but you dont NEED SSS best of the best unless you are a hyper whale that is playing the game for 18 hours a day.
we'll get out amazing SR cards and be peak. no need for kitasan or shitty ass praying for luck.
