When you finish careers:
>You get Event points for the current Event, if you get enough points you get rewards and can spin the wheel.
>You get a Veteran Uma that you can use for PVP or for you next run as a Legacy (in this case, pay attention to the "inspiration sparks")
>You get "fans" to your total fan count, if you're part of a Club this makes you Club "stronger", which in long term means better rewards like Carats.
>You get "bond levels" with your Uma (which is not to be confused with the friendship levels in career mode), basically bonds unlock new events/voice lines in the Main Story tab, you get carats for watching them.
Also outside of career you can do Daily Races/Team Trials/Legend Races, which can activate a "daily sala" (up to 3 times in a day), you can but Star Pieces there to Rank Up you 1 or 2 stars Umas, getting them to 3 Stars means unlocking their signature outfit, or you can simply use Star Pieces to "buy" the character (Enhance > Trainee > Trainee > "Unscouted Trainee" > Unlock)
