It's nothing like the NES games, which is fine. I loved Ninja Gaiden on the NES, I'm proud of the fact I actually managed to beat it when I was really young, but it's the most bullshitty pitfall baiting trial and error perfect execution bullshit I ever had the pleasure of overcoming. (couldn't ever finish Ghouls and Ghosts, I didn't have the patience remaining)

how come all these videos are single player with mushroom powerups?
almost like it cant be done like that in regular game play and being able to actually win.
