It's not in there, but Pathfinder does have an official combat wheelchair added in an expansion. It's not an overpowered tank like the DnD one and practically cosmetic, but it's still too good for realism.
You can put spider legs on it and be this guy though.

imagine how much less striking it'd be if that fat dwemer in morrowind was in a wheelchair instead of on an insect leg mount
