yes, they rerun 1 bp garment every patch but it costs like 12 or 13 dollars for the skin alone when the bp costs 10 with the skin and all the materials and pulls

theres worse but i was pampered by getting resources as fast as i was using them. Now between euphorias + luck i have like 3 characters that dont have enough dissonance and i need to build 3 more characters next patch...i will never finish
