i remember playing on some "private" """server""" literally like a month or two after wow launched. no idea how, but some guy from our local ISP forum(man i fucking miss online forums) managed to make it, shit was utterly broken and most of the mobs werent even there and it crashed after more than 5 people logged it, but it was still so mindblowing to zoomer me to just login and run around elwyn and teldrassil, exploring the zones with another human being
