i guess with npd its probs le their life is entirely about receiving validation X its the root cause of their abusiveness. le validation craveroooo is making them big boy suffer. probs at some time in their life the npd baka got sum brain connections which made it easy for the brain to crave validation and it got worse and worse over time to an insane level. if an npd baka would do le "damn, i am sick of this fugg the validation" the npd baka would heal because the bad brain connection would go away over time. its probs similar with bpd
