sure, we just remove the friendship bonus, (13+2) * (1 + 0.2(1)) * (1.5)*(1.0)*(1+0.05*2) which is 29.7, still a bit better.
in my completely empirical experience initial friendship isn't as important since you're chasing the most friendship points regardless of what training you're doing, a high hint rate means you efectively almost double friendship gain when getting a hint, specialty priority is obviously very good and if you're building parents you want a consistent result, however if you're building aces you want to get a "miracle" run, and Brian is a great addition to that kind of deck if you're lacking better cards, she gets most of this bonuses at LB3 so LB4 isn't even necessary
of course this is just my opinion feel free to disregard it, i just wanted to prove that speed bonus and training effectiveness are more impactful than most people think
