Depends on your ability to E2 max with fugue bars. On a fresh combustion meeting the basic SPD breakpoint (210) you get 4 actions, allowing 6 attacks total if you proc E2 on your 1st or 2nd action (and then 3rd or 4th respectively).

With DDD, you need something like ~225 Firefly SPD or two usages of DDD (not difficult if HMC is wearing it) to gain another action within Combustion. But critically, if you've been proccing E2 on Firefly's first and third action, that means a fifth action allows yet another E2 proc for 8 attacks total.

6 attacks * 1.16 (S1) = 6.96
6 attacks * 1.24 (S5) = 7.44
8 attacks (DDD) * 1 = 8

Lingspud and HMC being in the team makes BP cone contribute better as its buff team is wide and they contribute significant more superbreak DMG than Ruan Mei or Fugue, but HMC and Fugue in the team also makes for more DDD procs.
