If you pick to replace a player, the game doesn't add the value of the player being replaced to your balance, so you have to remove the player entirely and then add a new one. The 'affordable' option doesn't work either. If you have 6.5m in the bank and click it, you'll only get offered 6m players max. Then you switch it from 'affordable' to 'up to 6.5m' and it'll include a few 7m players for good measure. How did they fuck up something so simple?

I worked it out. The pajeets fucked it up so badly that it only works on Chrome, not on Firefox. So go to your Chrome app, go to its settings, make it the default browser and then the login shit will work on the FPL app. Then you can just change the default browser back to Firefox.
