Idk man this has always been my way of training, ever since I started barely being able to run 2.5km, I just add one km every week, it just werks bro, its not as if I care about my time all that much but I have noticed the longer I roooooon the faster I automatically get, I've achieved the sub 25 min 5k and 50 minute 10k this way, by just roooning at an easy pace for as long as I can (also im too lazy to do it more than one time a week + I get like a ton of those inflated flesh bags at the bottom of my feet i forgot what they are called in english if I do it twice a week instead of one)
