I can't find any other videos of this so based on the publicly available information, this looks like a player trying to get off the field, likely for a cramp, and being sent back by staff. After the next play, either by his own decision or the potential direction of a coach noticing his situation, he goes down after the ball had been spotted.
Based on that, by rule A&M should be charge a timeout. However deeming this to be a feigned injury instructed by staff and fining the team seems excessive. I've never played casino poker so I'm curious how the casino makes money off of poker tables. Is there an hourly rate for using the table and dealer? Most games are funded by the house having some kind of advantage but if poker is only moving money between players, why would casinos waste money on hosting it?
