How to download torrent on a WiFi connection that requires proxy?

My wifi requires a proxy to use internet. I can browse and use other apps fine but cant download torrent. its always stuck at connecting.
I am on android and using tTorrent lite as torrent client. There is a option for proxy, but It doesn't work even after i setup proxy port. Can you tell me how to setup proxy correctly in this or any other client on Android?

Good Source For Vids and In Blocked Regions
Found a good alternative to torrenting by using https://www.intymebot.com which is cross integrated with Telegram. It seems relatively small but has some good videos, and I am able to cache the videos downloaded from the bot so you can download things without subs. Works in countries where porn is blocked atm.

im trying to seed more but leaving qbittorent open makes my pc unusable as it seems to suck up my entire bandwidth even when only using 400kb up. are there settings i can tweak or should i switch to transmission / deluge?
