Sounds kino. If you want my take on the character, I'd say he should be calm and cool making business jokes when he doesn't feel threatened. If he's really pushed to the limit, he'd start getting really salty and go full megalomaniac, and calling the Awakened ungrateful brats. The backstory I had in mind for him was that he was a middle management type at a company (I believe Kaoru anon called it SPEARS Co?) that worked long hours and felt unappreciated. As a Nightmare, he'd reimagine himself as "the type of boss he wish he had": respectful, appreciative, and charismatic. As he gets pushed, the facade drops, and he ends up with a disrespectful, hotheaded, "realer" demeanor as he tries to forcefully beat his authority into those "dumb fucking brats" he's fighting all while he can tell it slips away. He'd vent about his shitty job, and how easy kids these days have it in comparison. I also imagined at first his marriage would be strained, so he might complain about how his wife hasn't slept in the same bed with him for months, but I'm not sure if Itsuki anon would want Marisa's parents to be in the midst of a possible divorce so thats up in the air. Of course, depending on how you want to write with him, none of that spoilered stuff may matter and he'll keep up his facade.
For the location, if you want to use a different one, I think it makes sense for him to leave his "main" flooded zone, so anywhere works.
Also, another thing I thought would be fun is if he just manifested office supplies and furniture out of thin air and chucked it at people as his main ability.
