The endgame on normal is going to be proving the prophecy is horseshit, with Susie being the lynchpin.
The endgame on the weird route is going to be fulfilling the prophecy in a way Kris/Knight/Carol/whoever don't want.

I was honestly mozambique drilled by the first 5 minutes of chapter 3. First we got the animated intro for Tenna, which felt like jumping the shark on its own, and then you got the Ralsei plush insert right after. The self-referential meta-irony felt too homestuck for my liking. Honestly soured my mood for the chapter and I only recovered by the end at the Tenna fight. Chapter 4 was absolute kino with great dark and light world segments, so my overall reception of the new release being good. Only on replays did I get the charm of chapter 3's early segments.

Agreed. In general I dislike when creators start to give attention to the audience in this way. I know that the parasocial symbiosis is what modern internet celebrities live and die by, but I always appreciated the game discussion happening entirely separately from its design and development.
