It's kind of astounding how they got so many things wrong with Wilds that were fine before, like they set out to fuck certain features up.

Going by their recent release history with Dragon's Dogma and Resident Evil, all this means is they'll abandon Wilds even faster and give it a third the post-release content they gave World because Capcom only gives games with with positive reception any actual attention, making everyone who bought it now hoping for a fully fleshed out MH game eventually have wasted their money.
My bet is there'll be half as many crossovers of non-capcom IP games and after the title expansion they'll only add maybe 3 or 4 more free-mons updates before dropping new content service.
