also why do people keep bringing up atlyss, its completely irrelevant to the discussion.
if atlyss ever was a porn game, it was at the very beginning of its conception, and its hardly relevant anymore.
getting rid of sliders to appeal to normies also isn't relvant, since octii has only been increasing bulges and sexual appeal.
but also, have you considered that maybe Octii wanted to make a fun action game first and made it cheesecake second? maybe criticism towards improving the gameplay would help more in that case. I certainly have problems with it, the controls are terrible for example. I find the scoring system and general gameplay loop to be engaging though.
but I also don't like the implication that fanservice is only allowed when the gameplay is sufficiently fun enough.
stellar blade doesn't have very good gameplay, and its not a porn game. but it still resonated with a lot of people, and it deserves to exist. so does KoH, which similarly resonates with people.
anyway this is retarded because its the same argument SJWs use against Nier or Stellar Blade
