Arctic Blast is too strong and ubiquitous in builds because it acts as a way to add more damage on an active item on your kit. There should be a long range single target nuke also available in the shop, like Dagon from DOTA, maybe a homing bullet that gives time for opponents to react to and counterspell.

I should be allowed to play with really new/bad players in my lobby. It's not smurfing when I do it, because I'm not that competitive and I'm not toxic when I when. Players better then me should not be allowed to play in my lobbies though.
