I played for like an hour and it was so mind boggling boring and repetitive that I just dropped it.
Raging Loop is miles better.

I get how you feel, the roguelite-based gameplay was sort of detrimental to the atmosphere potential of the game. I still ended up loving Gnosia a lot, especially with how the gameplay unfolded the personalities and backstories of the characters gradually, by making you interact with them during the loops in various situations. It's rare to see the medium do characterization through gameplay well, and this game succeeded at doing that. I found myself literally forgetting about Sha-ming a lot, pitying Shigemichi and tensing up when Yuriko intervened during the discussions... all real life feelings. But as far as storytelling, important scenes and overall structure goes, it falls really flat compared to Raging Loop or YTTD. Which is kind of a shame.

Based on the few screenshots I had seen before playing it, I assumed it was an atmospheric mystery VN in space. Unique chara-designs, distinctive yet creepy anime artstyle, claustrophobic setting. All the setpieces were there for what could've been quality death game thriller ambiance, alas it wasn't meant to happen. It was still a very unique game and full of soul/detail, you'd be surprised by how much small stuff you can find. Was autistic and boring near the end though as the progression conditions got obscure and high stats allowed you to cheese discussions

I'm curious to see your opinion for Trials of Innocence, it you do play it. Music was less good than in tyrion cuthbert, the translation was less than serviceable at times and it felt really derivative of Ace Attorney but I enjoyed it much more. I'd put it in B tier in your ranking, although your tier list has some severe issues from my POV. The Hundred Line should be alongside ZTD, if not at the bottom. Rain Code should be bumped up one tier. V3 has no right being this high when V3-5 exists, somewhat similar for T&T if you think about Misty's actions on that particular day. Still this tier list is not all that bad. YTTD should maybe go down one rank since 3-1A/B didn't really deliver on the hype after chapter 2-2
