Is the N-Gage emulateable?

I can't log into any of my microsoft accounts, on any apps or browsers. Error 400.
Using the Outlook app I can reset my password just fine, using the auth app. But actually trying to sign in doesn't work, it gives me the same error regardless of whether I put in the real password or not.
Solutions given are a bunch of non-sense about using different devices, clearing cache, etc. I've tried 3 diference devices and several browsers, nothing works.

Anybody heard of this before?
