Some gachas at least have bosses, stages or areas that you have to overcome with either grinding or becoming at least decent at the game where not even an autobattle button can save you, not this kind of retardation of a security blanket. And even if you get these, you are supposed to get it AFTER actually beating whatever is blocking your progression.
This is almost as bad as that one game where every time you killed an enemy they would drop currency, but later devs explained that grabbing the currency does nothing and you will already get the currency the moment the enemies died and that grabbing the coins was just "for the players satisfaction".
That game is pretty much dead now, and should be even more dead than it is, since there is at least 100 people still playing it.
Gacha games have many shit thats wrong, but can be simply ignores unless you are retarded, but it's hard to ignore outright terrible game design decisions like this.
