Odin Sphere is a straight improvement.
Combat was redone to be actually fun but the old versions is still there as a toggle.
Everything else is a straight improvement like higher res art or just more content.

There is no reason to play the ps2 version of this game other than for comparisons sake.

sh2r's existance effectively ensures a high quality modern official port of original sh2 will never exist, so shit eating retards will only ever play sh2r and have a warped view of the product
now they'll also do the exact same with sh1, a game that would have benefitted far more from a very high quality pc port, sh2 we at least have enhanced, but sh1 we only have emu which can only do so much, and you brainless fuckstains will cheer for this dogshit
