Just finished the game. Was actually a pretty cool game. The writing was about as average as I thought it would be, but I had a good time. I'll probably go on to ng+, since it looks like it's required for getting all of the boss rush enemies. As for the ending, I took Adam's hand, and apparently got the true ending. Lily had become retarded by that point, Adam was making sense and didn't seem evil, and also it seemed obvious that Adam and Eve would be a good ending, considering the general writing of the game up to that point. That said, if they had shown Mother Sphere's loli form earlier, I would have happily genocided all the flesh bags for her.
