I don't know why people are bitching about intermission tracks when the obvious glaring issue is the Unity Fog. Nintendo needs to update the graphics to be less shit. Mario Kart's skyboxes are memorable and Nintendo can just use AI to add them in and adjust Levels on the fog to make it less noticable as was done by Rockstar in GTA SA.

The reality is you are utterly assblasted with jealousy over this amazing game because you can't play it.

The only really good part about this game is the music. I love the remixes, DS Shroom Ridge is my favorite. Everything else feels alright to just bad. The P-Switch missions are neat but they could've been organized into a mode. Knockout Tours are fun and the game feels designed specifically around that mode, but it's only fun to do one or two back to back. Races are kinda just bad, I learned some shortcuts but the only ones that really make a difference are the shroom ones and they're so strong. I made it to about 8.3k VR and probably could go higher but they dropped this update and I don't wanna bother. Wario's Stadium just doesn't work if it's ONE LAP.

2) Slow banking turns, but because of the open world these turns introduce massive cuts over grass you can take, which can send you from 24th to 1st with a single golden mushroom.

So the optimal strategy is to just wait around at the back, driving straight, while holding your items. Then at the final half lap you spam your items and win. Most of the race doesn't even matter, you can literally drive backwards in the wrong direction for a while and still win.

DK Spaceport isn't that long but Rainbow Road IS annoying as fuck. I really don't like that track, there's nothing fun to do on it since it's a victory lap track to celebrate the history of rainbow road.
