Class quests are not bad. A handful can be a bit tough and require a few attempts, but most only take a few minutes.

Also as far as shops go, towns do have shops marked on the map and if you need a bit more straightforward guide to them, there's guards / guides in each town that show you exactly where the shops are located with tiny arrows and stuff, or you can click on the icons on the map too, it also works.

But like, really, do ask players, on the chat boxes below (press enter to make them appear if they're hidden) you can write #Global on the leftmost box to talk in global chat, is the biggest thing for help.

In the server there's also the Larry NPC in each town (looks like some bald dude, usually close to the center of the city / near Kafras), that sends you to the starting area and there's usually some players there, maybe they can help too.

the hp transfer is the least useful skill.
The teleporting is nice, it lets you quickly bring in people onto the map in a game where traveling is not free it brings amazing utility.
The strongest skill is the SP swap. There's several classes that guzzle sp like mad, but as a result can deal huge damage. Being able to funnel sp onto them without consumables, or in addition to them increases their damage output by a huge amount.

But if you want to get them yourself, at the level you should be at, you can get them from Sandman (Great Nature and Star Dust), Wind Ghost or Hunter Fly (Rough Wind), Marc / Obeaune / Swordfish / Marse (Mystic Frozen), Marduk (Flame Heart) and Bathory / Dark Frame or Miyabi Ningyo (Star Crumb).

There are stronger monsters with higher drop rate for them, but likely far out of your league.
