I was born in 1999 and never played this game, although I did play Halo Reach in 2011. Currently playing through the campaign. Holy fuck, it's SO bad. I have spent hours fighting through copied and pasted tunnels, fighting the same copied and pasted enemies. What went so wrong with millennials / gen-x that they would call this game a masterpiece? I sure hope the following games don't have such awful campaigns, because I got the whole Master Chief Collection.

I know it does. I'm on the final sequence, playing solo on heroic, where you're escaping on the warthog and just quit the game after dying twice. Because the shitty level restarts you at the very beginning so you have to drive all over again.

Yup, Destiny and Destiny 2 are Bungie's first good games but basedlenials can't cope with that fact because they grew up with Halo, the multiplayer is fun but that's it, the campaign and characters are terrible

The campaign was not really what made the game memorable. It was the 4 Xbox, 16 player LAN parties before online play was a mainstream thing for consoles.

Halo was popular on PC in the US, UK, Germany and Australia. Only brown people didn’t like Halo. Hell, the two biggest content creators for Halo are a Brit and Aussie.
