And same now is even more retarded because Dollman does all his thinking and observation for him. It feels like some DEI interns actually made the story instead of Kojima.

Oh please Sam's nothing compared to Tomorrow that saves him multiple times, why exactly is she so good at fighting for someone from another world? And magic Rainy with her ability to counter the timefall. He's nothing compared to that. He also gets saved by the red ninja several times. I'm pretty sure Tarman's flashback is optional too. Sam's out here on some emotional journey with him being in denial and every second scene is seeing the three girls sing doing stupid shit like singing that damn rain song again. Far to much shit about them and not enough about him.

Its just shitty cutscene power gaps. Sam takes out a whole horde of enemies in gameplay and then gets jobbed immediately afterwards for story purposes. So far this game's had an inverse bellcurve with the middle of it being so incredibly boring.

Sam being literally unkillable is pretty much on par with the two other characters with powers imo. Yeah they are strong, but they can’t do what Sam can. Rainy saves Sam one time from the only other character who poses a threat to Sam in the whole universe of death stranding, but she only heals him, she can’t fight. Tomorrow also saves him from this person, but is also almost killed in the process and is saved by tarman. Sam can’t do it alone, and they can’t do it without Sam either.
