Our video games have been invaded by non-gamers and they have watered down what gaming once meant.

I used to pirate like crazy back in the day, ps2 and pc games alike. But now I've gotten scared by stories of people getting all their files encrypted by russians asking for bitcoins that I've dropped my game pirating down to like 90%. I'm seriously considering getting a gaming laptop just to go back to pirate till my heart's content and use it exclusively for it and nothing else. If it gets hacked and encrypted, I just lose games and that's it, nothing else would be stored in the laptop, no photos, no passwords, nothing. That seems to be the only path if you've gotten to grow into a scaredy cat like myself.
