There's an enemy range patch for GBA hacks but it's barely used because it's not part of FEBuilder. It also uses the FoW overlay so it doesn't work on fog maps. I've been playing Iron Emblem Gaiden and it has it and it makes it feel so much better than most other hacks I've played.
