Three Houses really should have had playable Sothis and Rhea who could transform, and Flayn and Seteth not being able to transform was a lame cop out.
It's obvious from Sothis's data in the game files she was supposed to be playable with her own unique class, since she's the only finished unit with voice lines/level quotes/etc without a class assigned. Becuse that class never got made.
