I dont think its very hard to do. Just make it so theres a one in three billion chance you start the game standing right in front of the end cutscene trigger. Leak this subtly via a “bug report” or whatever and boom, no ones ever speedrunnibg it without special category bs, and the average player isnt affected. What's the perfect game to play during these events? I've seen some prior streams/speedrun events he's done and I don't recall it being awful beyond the usual steve antics.
He's... a character. A chibiphenotype autist for sure, but he's a pretty good kid otherwise. Cringe but hard to hate unlike some others, but he's had his moments. One time we were in class and he did the most realistic thwomp sound I've ever heard replicated by a human at FULL volume all because the teacher was talking about foley sounds and he did that as an example.
