There's a song that makes time go slower, and you can just play the song of time to start the loop again if you fuck up. Once you unlock a dungeon, you can start the loop at the beginning of the dungeon which gives you more than enough time. It's not a big deal.

After the intro, you can just turn time back whenever. It's 54minutes chunks, unless you use the secret (just fucking talk to scarecrows) time slowdown song, then it's like 2:30h per rollback.
Play OoT, time yourself how long it takes to beat a dungeon. If you can't do it in 54min (doubt), you can use the cheat song.
Personal progress (items and masks) save, so you can take it checkpoint by checkpoint if need be.
