I had a job for which I had to commute 40 minutes there, 40 minutes back, daily, for two years. At first I just read books. But eventually decided to spice things up with a PSP and then 3DS. No one ever said anything, I assume because I was well dressed. Same as anything. If you don't look like an absolute chud, no one will say anything to you. They might think it, but that's ok. You're getting hubdreds of hours of fun, turning mindnumbing waiting into something to actually look forward to. It's a good trade-off.
