First opinions on the Legend of Zelda movie casting?

Absolutely based and correct.

I'm ok with it. I can see the merit in casting two largely unknowns for the lead rolls, so they don't have the image of a full career giving people expectations on how they're going to act, like when they put Jack Black into a role you pretty much know 100% what it's going to be like, what the jokes will be, the timing on the humor, everything.

As an added bonus, the tranny seething on Twitter is phenomenal.

Nothing surprising. I expected two unknown young British actors from the start. There will undoubtedly be a few bigger names in the supporting cast, but this being live action limits it from just casting random big names like the Mario film, they'll have to at least somewhat suit their characters.

I firmly believe they should have cast Estonians. The architecture and culture look exactly the same, and the people look like the characters. These aren't bad, but I hate the british accents all the time, they annoy me, and I already couldn't last 2 seconds listening to the dumb fucking voice acting for Zelda and it will sound just as annoying with their accents. I'll watch the Japanese dub like I did just to get through the game. Italian dub would work too
