no its not, its an industry wide problem because consoles were pushing for 4k which they cant achieve so on the console side theyre using FSR dogshit upscaling from AMD
and on pc theyre pushing for le path tracing which most cards cannot do so the devs are throwing DLSS at it which is better than FSR but still blurry
it has nothing to do with UE5 but game development in general.
