This game has the same problems as T8 but for some reason people don't care about it in this game.

SF6 a really, really gay game. No artist there can do masculinity for some reason. Maybe a gay manager of art hired only gays. Maybe a gay exec said he wants to be able to transition any character at any time to a different gender. Maybe both.

No. It's not a fun game and you'll hate playing games in general if you force yourself to like it.

The DLC characters are usually broken on release so unless you buy them and use them, you can expect to lose a lot until they are patched (and Capcom made their money).

Just stick with Tekken, SF is basically the same shit at this point.

SF6 doesn't have degenerate left right mixups and is almost entirely footsie based and doesn't have thousands of moves to learn like Tekken. It's objectively the best fighting game if you like neutral

It's kinda fun as a beginner and then it starts getting increasingly annoying until you're kind of consistent at it.

Very stressful game. There's like five different reaction checks you need to be constantly ready for on top of the constant tug of war in neutral, and being on defense at any point is a nightmare. People still love to overstate how bad it is- you're rarely 100% obligated to hold pressure, you still end up playing neutral a lot of the time, but there was clear effort to nerf turtling and force some interaction.

If you take a step back from all the petty Redditors flinging shit at each other, the game's really fucking good and is doing basically everything a good fighting game should be doing: cheap, free DLC characters, robust character and account progression, the developers actively listen to feedback and support esports.
