well, i really dunno. i only used local a little, years ago when SD was coming out. from what i know, local models are in a decent spot, but i prefer NAI because you dont have to fuck around with one million loras, negatives, VAE's trained on obscure materials by pajeets in their basements. it does take time to master, but you can get good results faster than with local models (imo). i'd say test it out for one month, you probably can spare the 25 shekels, and see for yourself, it's the best way to figure it out.

One thing I will say is that forge vs automatic1111 can make for a dramatic difference in the results. Like on forge when I try and make a na'vi/thundercats style 'human face but furry pattern' leopard girl it does a poor job, but in automatic1111 it does better.

I personally find stam hardest to train so I like to get that from the legacy inspirations
Each char has a 20% boost to one stat training as well so to min max you can focus training that and top up the others from deck/legacies, but I've not done much of that myself yet

You want 9* of power or stamina mostly + pink sparks to get your distance to S (for 5% speed) or the terrain to S (to get +5% acceleration) strategy to S only gives +10% wit, so it's less important. You also want ura finale whie sparks because they give tons of speed and stamina and any other white you want, like skills, green skills are also good
