Apparently aptitude affects acceleration in particular. Hence, if you put Urara on turf or med/long distance she can barely accelerate at all. Being a later surger she will therefore never be able to overtake anyone like late surgers are design to do. Style/strategy aptitude (late surger etc.), however apparently only affect the wit stat but they don't even have any averse effects on skill activation. Hence, why you can pretty much run anyone at the front, which seems a bit of an oversight on part of the devs.

Everyone wants Speed + Power
The ratio of how much Speed to Power you want depends on your running position
The further back, the more power you want, late runners want more power than speed for example
The stamina you want depends on what length of race you're running.
Take 2-3 cards of the stat you wanna be building. You can remove 1 card if your inheritance hits that stat hard.
So for long length golshi I'd focus on Power>Speed>Stam.
Focus on getting as many of your supports to 4/5 friendship in the first year and reap the rewards from the rainbows in summer camps/senior years
Golshi also runs a lot of G1s, you might not need to go out of your way to hit the 60k fans on Valentines + 70k on FanFest goals to upgrade her special skill
