Every sidequest had a resolution unline the main story except maybe the neighbor quest one because that side quest is mostly just there to show you that you're not Jensen you only think you are because you inherited his memory or imprint the same way she got another person imprinted into her.
The main quest doesn't follow up on it because it ends before the revelation that MD Adam is built by Bob to help bring down the illuminati so that he and the Majestic 12 can take over.
