What do I need to build an anti-gaming PC?

I want to build a PC that gives the impression that I'm a person who hates PC gaming, hates Valve, hates Steam, hates Gabe Newell, and rejects PC gaming.

What case, what processor, what type of mouse, what keycap, what type of RAM, and what operating system would be ideal for what I'm looking for?

Steam does too and they have the PC market on lockdown. PCfags don't wanna admit this, but they let Valve turn PC into basically another console. Now PC is effectively just as much of a closed ecosystem as consoles because anything that can't release on Steam just dies anyway. This is what "no Steam no buy" and the insistence on a "consistent library" got you.

It is the only one that matters and the only one that has sales potential comparable to consoles. All other storefronts combined have less than 10% of Steam's marketshare. Anything that can't release on Steam is made 90% less financially viable just by the fact it's not on Steam. How many devs who have had their games banned from Steam need to come out and tell you just how damaging it was to their prospects before you'll stop burying your head in the sand and acknowledge Steam's monopoly and the impact it's had? What should I even be looking for in terms of specs these days for gaming?

1. It's a fucking M-rated console game, not an eroge. There is zero justifiable reason why it should have to do that.
2. Dungeon Travelers 2 was already based on the censored America Vita version; Steam still rejected it. Last year, Tokyo Clanpool tried to get on Steam by preemptively censoring the majority of the game's lewd content, likely planning to do what you suggested, and Steam STILL banned it.
3. It is likely not as easy to censor an actual (non-VN) game to Valve's standards without making it look obviously incomplete, which Steam will also reject games for.
4. Hosting portions of the game's content on multiple websites creates issues for future-proofing when those websites go down or otherwise become unavailable.

Mark Cerny wanted PS4, PS5, PS6 and PS7 to be AMD APUs because it was cheapest and easiest for programmers. any optimizations done for PS4 will just help PC get further ahead. ps4 and ps5 are both x86-64
