It could be that I'm just doing it all wrong, I do notice tier 4 hacks have benefits for Smart weapons and there are perks that grant bonuses for using hacks with Smart weapons, I'm not playing a pure Netrunner and only use hacks to stun enemies for easier shotgun headshots.

Yeah, you can refill your RAM every time you take down an opponent that is under your quickhacks' effects for instance.
I think a "pure" smart guns build would require investment in Int + either Cool (for smart sniper rifles and pistols) or Reflexes (for smart SMG and assault rifles). I never really tried smart shotguns.

As a pure netrunner, I feel that smart weapons are here to support your quickhacks instead of being your primary tool. And since you should have points in Tech, you can always use tech guns if you don't like smart ones.

Never tried those because they don't give any jump bonus, and higher jumps helped me more than being sneaky. For instance, the final contract for Wakako is really easy if you can jump high enough to rech the roof.

They went as far as going "DUDE, TITANFALL!!!1!1!" but didn't bother to work out the logistics of an auto-aiming gun or how it would work in a high TTK game. Cyberpunk's smart weapons have a primitive, unintuitive lock-on that gives you no feedback and no indication of who your gun is targeting, instead just giving your bullets a chance to home in on nearby enemies so that you can chip away at their ridiculously long health bars. Being significantly weaker also makes them less fun and satisfying to use than TF's Smart Pistol, which typically takes a second to lock on before firing off a volley that instantly kills your target.

The stat difference between double jump and charged one is rather minor overall considering how many cyberware slots you have.
If you dont have airdash, go with charged jump. If you have airdash, take double jump, no contest. Jump + airdash + doublejump lets you move at dash speed the ENTIRE JUMP, opening up both movement at sanic speed and 70m+ long jumps. This is one of the most fun and useful utility skills. About to die? You're 70m away in a flash. About to sneak somewhere? You're on the other side of the room before enemy even goes "huh who's there?" Doublejump + Airdash is so useful and fun.

I think the issue is with the landing. Edgerunners had a theme it kept going until the end, meanwhile the game tries but ultimately fucks up in trying to keep that same theme. Not a single ending left me satisfied, not because they aren't happy endings, but because they all feel badly thought out. The DLC does it way better honestly.
