yesterday i got an incredible win with Vodka, made it to the URA Finale without wasting the clocks and used them all on the preliminaries, and then without any extra chances i somehow managed to win the final race, it was so great that it could have been an anime scene, i had zero hope but she managed to pull through against all odds and the way all the skills activated and the final stretch was simply insane... i think i really like this game and i think i am going to start believing again

You can't change your league after the current registration period. When CM really starts, if you score 3 wins in a row you'll get kicked into group A. If you're in group A during round two and fail to score 3 more wins in a row, you'll get kicked into group B finals.
If you're already in group B by the time the 2nd round starts, you won't get promoted to group A even if you score 3 wins in a row.

Ok yeah that's the added specialty priority lowering the score.
Since you only have speed cards (other than Kiryu), your speed trainings give the most stats on average, therefore a non-speed card can contribute more total points when it's more likely to appear on speed trainings, i.e. it gets "better" with lower specialty priority.
The difference is very small and it probably doesn't consider that you also want some amount of power (as speed will cap eventually), so it's safe not to worry about this. You didn't brick anything.
