Yeah that was the only real issue I had with the combat. Even if you build a strong combat character she's still tough. In general the enemies in that area are a bit too tanky though. Even the regular enemies which are supposed to be just regular humans feel like they tank more damage than the vampire enemies you encounter. If I was going to rebalance that area I'd probably just cut their health or defense in half and it would likely be fine.

I honestly thought I was bugged since she completely tanked all of my ammo. Had to bash her skull in using whatever melee weapon I had at the time which is fucking bizarre since the final boss wasn't nearly as hard nor were ANY other combat encounters. It just sucks since up until about after the Asylum the game was at least decent but man that last third or fourth is really fucking bad. Practically sours my opinion on the whole game.

With the most disappointing being Fabien's segments so far. You "power" can be used only on the specified target, at at the appointed time - everything pre-scripted to some very narrow constraints.
Conversely, in Phyre's segments, you can manage to stealth your way to the exit, but if the game has decided you needed to kill all goons, then you can't leave, have to go back and kill them all.

I guess I could've worded it better but the whole skulking in the rooftops while I see who to shank and who to avoid gave me the Dishonored vibes, which to be fair, is my own playstyle and probably why some of the reviewers also mentioned that it feels like Dishonored. I truly just hope the best for this game but seeing the gameplay and then hearing the players say the same thing made me instantly think of not the Dishonored gameplay, but how the choices in that game was basically reduced to kill/spare and I'll admit I haven't seen that part in the Bloodlines 2 gameplay so it's a false comparison
